Goku has already had two sons with Chi-chi, Gohan and Goten. Gohan attends high school and Goten receives home school from his mother and sometimes from the Briefs. Goku has already reached SSJ2 long after his training with King-Kai and learnt the Instant Transmission technique on a distant planet he landed on by accident. During this time, Goku dies once during a battle that he sacrifices his life to save the universe against Buu, while achieving SSJ3 and is brought back by the Earth dragonballs by his best friends, Bulma and Krillin.

~Story Details~

The story will take place on Vegeta-sai. Kakarrot, as an infant, was secretly sent to Earth in a spacepod by a women, whom if you haven't guessed already, was his mother. The reason why? Well, that will be revealed later on in the story. ^_~

In this timeline, Frieza does not exist. Yet there will be an evil villian who surpasses the tyrant child ten fold's in power, so watch out for him in future chapters.

Back on Earth, Goku still lives his life out as he does in the DBZ timeline minus Vegeta and Trunks (poor Trunks!) but alternates at a point. But don't worry, the z warriors still exist, as well as Dende and Piccolo.

One day though, two Saiyan’s stumble upon a planet called Earth, that they felt like purging for the fun of it. Why? Because the knuckleheads were extremly bored. But instead of expecting a quick thrill, Raditz and Turles come face to face with an unexpected obstacle, when they reached the back-watered planet. So basically, their plans changed.

Goku ends up fighting Raditz and Turles to protect his home planet. A break occurs in the battle where Goku pleads for these off planet warriors to leave Earth but was instead rewarded with mocking laughter from the two saiyans. Son Goku then attacks them relentlessly until the 2 warriors beg for him to stop, lying and telling Goku that they promise they'll leave Earth and never return, if he spares them.

Unfortunately, Goku believes them and trust his enemies will leave but then is tricked and imprisoned with ki rings around his wrist, draining him of his remaining energy. Fortunately, before so, Goku manages to get his friends and sons to safety, especially since when he arrived they were already down for the count, beaten.

The two Saiyans then take Goku and leave. Leaving Earth safe for the time being. But Goku, whom was knocked unconscious, is unaware that his 'home' was left undamaged, believing it was destroyed.

Okay, let's move backwards. ^^ When Raditz learns that they are fighting their own kind, a Saiyan, yet tailless; they decide to take him back to Vegeta-sai. Raditz is unaware that Son Goku (Kakarrotto) is his youngest brother and no one knows of Kakarrotto's existence except for his dead mother and a slave named Annie. Bardock too is unaware that he has another son, Goku, being the youngest.

Through time, Bardock grows hard and unfeeling after his wife dies in a battle. He is under the impression that his wife died while fighting and that her body was incinerated by an enormous energy blast but this is untrue. Kakarrot’s mother dies in another manner. She dies after returning from her ‘little mission’ from planet Earth as she travelled in the spacepod with her youngest son on a deserted planet not too far from Vegeta-sai, where her spacepod crashed. She died slowly, tears streaming down her cheeks as she wept for her many losses.

She only did this to protect her newborn from the king. Unknowningly, she never knew about the King's soft heart for Bardock, the King's friend and her beloved husband. If she known, she would of learned that King Vegeta would of never eliminated the child she carried, a child whom eventually became the legendary SSJ on Earth but unrecorded.

Instead she left her true love, Bardock, and her other sons. Faking her death, to do her ‘little mission.’
