Come Come Halloween Prologue

Disclaimer: Naruto and characters belong to Masashi Kishimoto. Though, I wish they were mine.. especially Iruka and Kakashi-sensei!
Series involved: DBZ, CCS, Gravitation, RK, Yu-Gi-Oh, YYH, others maybe.
Setting: Because it's a crossover that's hard to say but eventually, the main setting with everyone gathered in it, will take place in the Naruto Universe! *MWAHAHA*
Need2Know: Will add all the other series disclaimers when I post the individual chapter that contains the characters involved. Same deal with the Names & Meanings, or any additional information if I remember. If not, I'll make an end page with all that information. ^^;;
What2Expect? Anything really... XD There will be intimate relations between two males, and possibly female and male.

Japanese Names and Their Meanings:

Kakashi- can mean both scarecrow and the mosquito but for the sake of hard-killed KakaIru fans, I'll use the latter nickname sparingly or not at all. *sheesh, fan's these days. So serious with their preferences (receives attack of glares and death shuriken) but brushes it aside indifferently*

Anyway, anyone that supported his 'insect' nickname too like myself, thank you. I will use the latter name to tease him in stories and scarecrow for more serious but slightly comical parts for particular characters. *Authoress thinks of Asuma-san and smiles* So without anymore delays, please enjoy the beginning of this story if I haven't already offended you with my defense for the use of the nickname, 'mosquito' where Other fan's had given to the silver-haired jounin in fandoms and not just myself.

Prologue

What was there to suspect on a night like this?

For the young, it was candy, treats, and small gifts that will be given to them to put in bags their parents had given to them before they left for the evening.

It was a journey, a test of wills, as the children roamed around the village in small groups formed by their teachers or with people that their parents chose, even if that person happened to be their older brother or sister.

The best part of the evening for the children were, that there were no rules they would have to follow.

Except of course for the basic, like for safety and no talking back to strangers if they happened to stray behind or get lost on the way. If that were to happen, then that particular child would have to go to the Hokage's residence and sit wait until their parent or assigned group retrieves them. Or the child, could whistle for aid and wait for a chuunin to assist them.

They would also have to wait, if say their attendant was busy talking to another adult. Which they hoped wouldn't happen!

But besides that.. the children knew they were given some leeway to do whatever their devious minds wanted.

Not that their thoughts were devious...

They could either skip down the streets of the village, laughing freely or make scary noises like the creatures of the night. They could share spooky tales that their parents try to frighten them with to see their friends reaction. They could sing, be silly, make zany faces to each other.

They could, well, be children. ^_^

But for the elder, it was a whole different story.

For them, it was a chance to see all the beautiful work the children's parents had put into creating the child's costume. It was also a time to see the joyful faces of the young, especially after handing out the home-made goodies made specially for them.

That was, if say, the children who wore such a mask, would courtesy remove said barrier, so they could, happily, be witness of the bright smile that all children seem to radiate, on this night of trick-or-treating.

And for anyone else who happens to be out on this fateful night...
Each will experience a taste of terror that will change their lives.
